Formwell is a Victoria-based homebuilding company founded by two families with over 30 years of experience in residential development. Our forward-thinking approach to design is influenced by our co-founders’ shared passion for well-crafted spaces and their individual experiences living in growing, changing families. From guiding design and development philosophies, beginning with initial site identification and neighbourhood envisioning, through to completion, new home handover and beyond, Formwell homes are designed for livability in the broadest sense.
As long-time homebuilders, we’ve seen firsthand the benefits that having a well-designed home can have on people’s lives. We believe great homes are not only built to last; they meet the changing needs of residents.
Are you passionate about creating forward-thinking, well-built homes that contribute positively to the way people live?
